Best place to get these made?

I need some 3mm thick basically washers made.
Mild steel
As per picture but also 4 holes Suitable for tapping M8
Two at 117mm OD with 44.5mm hole
Two at 115mm OD with 45mm hole
Possibly more incase I mess it up!

Too many more pressing things to do and I am not known for my accuracy only my bodging ability

We do have a couple of laser cutter type places one is very unreliable the other won't do small jobs, cant even find any 3 or 4mm plate

I could manage one of the three, good, but at £60 each plus postage and three weeks' delivery, that will not meet your requirements.

3mm thick plate is not going to take an M8 thread very well. It is not even three full threads.

Its just to guide it accurately in to position when clamped it will have nuts to do the proper work
