After 45 odd years of being an electro mechanical engineer & welding like my site name name I have finally discovered you guys .
I'm hoping to do some serious reading within this forum and hope I still have the brain cells left to retain the advice .
Not too sure of any specific welding ( I have a fan cooled stick jobby that I can use to 10 mm ish without probs ) but I'm hoping to look at a cooler way of sticking the odd two bits of shiney metal ( stainless ) together as I've just been quoted a couple of hundred to have a simple bracket fabricated.
PSW David
PS anyone in to the 15 to 20 miles north of Carmarthen area want a posssible OAP trainee for a few weeks .. paying for the training maybe ( no it is not me..... I'm far too tight to pay )
