Big valve

Hi folks I've not posted in a while as I've just sussed out how to use this silly tablet thing. Well seeing how we are all stuck inside I thought it would be a good time to get all those little jobs done. About four,five months ago I passed this what I thuoght was a massive valve at the side of the road in the end I had to risk life and limb and stop to pick it up (m62 hard shoulder) turned out to indeed be a massive valve. It must have been run over by a few trucks as it was bent like a banana. I spent ages straightening it. I bought a LED lamp from Ikea which I cut up and made a valve lamp. By the way the valve is 16inch tall. Hope you like it

What's the head size.
I don't know how big bricks are.

The head of the valve is 4 1/4 inch and 16 inch tall

I really like this. I've one about the same size from a MAN engine. I've had it over ten years and wondered what to do with it but never fancied throwing it out. Did you make the swivel clamp or did that come from ikea also?

I made the swivel clamp. The handle came from an old drill which was realy rusty. I only used the top of the Ikea lamp it's LED which can run off mains or plug into usb. The black rubber bit is flexible
