Gloucester and Warwickshire. Starting in Cheltenham then Winchcombe, Toddington and ends at Broadway. Workshops and sheds are at Toddington. With a rover ticket you can get on and off as you like and start/finish anywhere. Two locos running, tea rooms at all the stops as well as bacon butties in the buffet car!Severn Valley?

The boiler is from the one inside in front of the merchant navy class. Two year restoration project. Boiler has been steam tested and will be refitted shortly.
The levers actually operate signals. Great fun to pull, just need a railway hat!
Absolutely. Although there were 15 people on the tour of the sheds, and I only got to stick my head in the door of the machine shop for a few seconds, which was a little disappointing as I could have happily wandered around it for hours, and probably taught the guide what all the machines were for and how they worked! Otherwise, we had free rein, loads of time, no queues and loads to see. I'd highly recommend it.Good time to visit - hardly any people around and plenty of opportunity to explore and enjoy at your leisure!
