These black spots emerged while spraying high build celly primer and when the primer is dry, they can be partially wiped off but not completely, because they seem to be kind of embedded in the paint. They are about 1mm or less in diameter. I used the HVLP turbine sprayer so it shouldn't be contamination from the air compressor. Any ideas please?

Did you mix the paint properly ? Could be lumps of paint, filter the paint next time and see what you find
Could be the reason. I did mix it until it seemed even but tbh not sure how well that was...will try filter it next time

Often with celly primer the pigments sink to the bottom of the tin and forms a softish cake at the bottom which can break up into lumps when you stir it
Very likely that is the cause, as I recall that when spraying I did see some bits getting out of the gun. If that is the case I'll go ahead and just wipe off as much as practical. Cheers.
I used Jotun 87 for the chassis and underbody. The problem of it is the long drying time which I can't afford at this stage. In a hurry to get it on road within a week. I know it will mean a crappy job but in my current circumstance I have no other choices
