blast helmet

can anyone identify this helmet,i'm thinking
if buying it but it's no good if i can't get
new visor's for it,i need to build a blast room.

I make my own outer visors from old 2 litre Coke bottles, or you can get suitable film from Anglo Scot Abrasives, Wigan.

The inner visor might be more difficult, but some acrylic sheet should do the job.

No. They take quite a lot of air. The proper way to do it is to connect it up to your compressor via a regulator and a proper breathing air filter.

On mine I use a car heater fan and vacuum cleaner hose to feed the helmet. It seems to work OK but I wear a decent paper mask as well to be on the safe side.

i won the helmet on ebay,11.50 plus a tenner courier
the cape must be worth that alone.i don't mind having
to sort visor's out for that price.
