BOC 7016's

Just wondering who makes these rods for BOC. I have recently started using them at work and think they are the best rods I've ever used. Just want to know if they are rebranded Chinese imports or UK made (not looked at the carton).

I dont know where they get them from these days but they are definitely not UK made as there is no UK manufacturer

BOC Rods were once made by Lincoln IIRC, there was a guy on here who once worked for Lincoln but Im not sure what happened to him..

Those days are long gone, and everything Iv bought from BOCs for at least 5 years has been fit for the bin.

If you've got some that weld decently then that's good, just don't expect the next batch to be the same, I think and I could be wrong they source from the cheapest supplier at time of order.
