Bond's O' Euston Road is a company that is known in model and experimental engineering circles and was formed in 1887 and has closed in recent years. I bought some gears from them in the 1990's. I recently aquired a catalog of theirs from 1938, so thought I'd post a few pages from it as it may be of interest for some of you guys. and the prices make interesting reading compared to the current prices (of say the Stuart Turner engines which are still available) and how carbon steel was the default material for machine tools and high speed steel was a luxuary material. the pages may not be in the correct order, but who cares.
