Hi all,
Well as my title suggests I'm from bratfut here in West Yorks, not the one down south!
It's been a long time since i've done any metal work/welding. Used to work for a firm making mechanical animation for shopping centre displays until i got fed up of the bosses and went into joinery.
I'm now moving slowly back into a bit of metal work and starting with probably the easiest project, the very often made(well seen loads on here) gas bottle chiminea(let the yawns begin lol).
Now I'm out of work and just bitting and batting at the moment so am a bit skint, but need a very budget welder, would prefer MIG as that's all i've done before, but i'm a very quick study and could very soon learn other types of welding.
So your recommendations please for a very cheap as chips welder, preferably in the sub £100 category(I will be up-grading later) to get me started.
Cheers,
Martin.
