Breathing air filter

Hi, I'm looking for recommendations for a breathing air filter for my air fed mask. I already have a bog standard filter/regulator attached to my compressor so could I just get away with using one of these....

If so, which do you think is best? or would you suggest something else? I understand I also need a breathing air hose, any suggestions where I could get one of these at a reasonable cost? Many thanks.

i would get the kestral 3 stage filter. your mask should also have a carbon filter on it to.

so you want compressor > your water trap > 3 stage filter > carbon filter on mask belt.

you connect the gun to the mask belt out let. this would be good enough air to breath and spray with (no moisture).

this setup will make the expensive filters last longer too....

Here's a pic of my setup it's as Raf said. On the left a 20 micron Metalwork filter regulator 1/2inch connecting into Asco Numatics TBS2 triple breathing air filter set (I think this is the same as the Kestrel) 20micron pre-filter,Coalescing filter and a Carbon filter. This is reduced on output to 3/8 into the red low toxic air hose about £40 for 10m use that and not rubber hose.

What sort of air hose must you use between the 3 stage filter and the airfed mask?

There are proper hoses designed for this purpose, I just bought a new non toxic food grade hose 8mm bore, just don't use rubber as it can smell and use a new hose and never use it with air tools or without correct filtration so no oil can ever enter it then
