There may not be anything totally identical but a couple more screwholes in the door or cupboard skin shouldn't matter
For what they cost go and buy a new hinge.

im sorry to say I didn't find any they must have fallen victim to the skip, which is annoying when someone could have used them they were all brand new in bags.
If the Snooper can't find one at work, let me know and I'll send you down a complete hinge. I have a few spares kicking about in the garage.
