Broken or correct

Hi All
Been given hydrovane 5 (uncle died), looks like has 3 phase conversion.

Question: it gets to 8 bar continues running, but air is escaping from weird looking mesh(pic)
Is this correct or broken understand some kit is designed continuous running.

Think sussed it, the Danfoss EV 13 solenoid valve inoperative and venting/ open and the mesh end is just relief port.
Any ideas how to test Solenoid valve

Can you post more pictures of the whole machine and any electrical boxes on the machine. It may be part of a after market kit.

That mesh thing is just a silencer , sounds like you have the rest Sussed .
