Bronze brazing ?

I have a section, that I want to bronze braze on a project. I have never done it before and I don't have a Oxy, Acetalene (spelling ?? ) setup.

I do have a propane torch. Is it possible to use that ? Can anyone offer advice on how to approach this.

The project is a car and it is where the wing meets the front panel. It is brazed and then leaded (I have never done that either...but every day's a learning day right !!!)

You might struggle with a propane torch. More successfull will be a Mapp Gas torch with yellow disposable cylinders. I don't know the exact gas formulation but it's much hotter than propane

no chance of joining car panels with a propane torch. u cant localise the heat needed and even if u could- it would
distort the panels

i was restoring an old vw campa that was inported form africa and it had loads of brazied repairs on it gess if thay dont have power in some places brazing is the way to go
