Know this compressor has been discussed before but the poster has not been active since 2010 so thought I would start a new thread.
I'm now the pround owner of two of these units. I have one sitting on a 120L tank, it has the unloading gear fitted. The other is just a pump without unloading gear i think (dont know if it just been blanked or not) which I plan on mounting on a sled which can be connected to the tank when I need the extra capacity. Both will be powered by petrol engines. Had looked at the diesel route but here in NZ those small diesel engines fetch a lot of money.
I know motor wise I would have looked at around 5.5 to 6hp. So now wondering what size engine I should go for. Im thinking 9hp?? Does any know think this will be enough.
Also would be great if anyone had a manual for one of these or has experience rebuilding them??
