Brought a new motor but how to wire up

Hi my motor on my 3HP compressor gave up so I got a new motor but the wiring is different any help would be great I did wire it up but after 10/20secs the overload red button pops out and shuts the motor off have I wired it up wrong ? I have also tried it without the belt and the same thing

( I have put a new earth in )
