Cable kink

Hi everybody.
I'm here because I've just been given a Clarke 90 to repair my car with and it seems that the cable that the wire passes through has a kink in it so the wire won't pass it.
Is it possible to just replace the wire feed cable?

Sounds like the torch liner is damaged/blocked or it may be the torch neck liner

Hi, welcome to the forum! It's the liner that you need to replace. If you have problem with finding one quickly you can use curtain wire instead. I've tried and it works

have you pulled the liner out and seen a kink or are you just guessing ?, if you havnt seen a kink it could need a new tip

I can see there's a kink in it without pulling the liner out and I can feel the wire getting to where the kink is then stopping by putting my hand on it. I just wasn't sure if I'd have to replace the whole torch.
Looks like I'm off to do some shopping for a torch liner and neck liner like robotstar says.
