Can it be repaired?

Hi guys.
as per title really for this one. i have been offered a MIG welder for next to nothing but unfortunately it needs a repair before it can be operated; the gun trigger has apparently broken. can this be fixed? if so what would it cost? i think its a cebora 130
also the wire motor feeder sounds quite rough and loud? will this creat a problem?
