Hello All,
Can my Cebora Bravo Synergic Mig 3840/T run on 240v? Heres a pic of the specs..
Im thinking of buying a single phase but if this can be wired for single phase then theres no need..
Thanks in advanced.
Dave
Its 230v 3ph (American version of 3ph) I have a miller that's the same input configuration as that and run it off a static converter quite effectively but not up to full output
thats for the reply.. On the inside of the welder, it looks as though you can change the wiring from 400v to 240v, (identical to the first image).
Dint know if this meant it could be run on single phase 240v by just changing the wires around.
there is away using two opposing capacitors across its centre pole of the 3phase transformer then you get very close to full power, without using a static.
it basically forms its own static converter.
