Can you identify my pump?

Hi all.
My v twin pump seems a bit unhealthy and i'd like to repair it as opposed to putting in a Chinese replacement
It's run off a 3hp motor
It can't seem to pump past 60 psi and takes ages to do that, can anyone tell me the make so I can order parts or have it repaired in the UK ( pref NW?)

It's a pig to get to for better pics and has no makers plate on it

either rings nackered or the valves arent sealing properly iwould have thought

Can't help you with the make, it looks like one of the older, more obscure British makers though. If the airfilters aren't blocked it's very likely to be the valves. They will be under the large hex nuts in the heads. They may respond to cleaning.

As Tigler says remove the valves by unscrewing the caps on the head you will have access to the springs and disc like valves, if they are not too far gone and split, you can get away with flipping them over.

I wonder if its a Dunlop a mate has one that looks very similar ??.

Thank's to everyone for the replys

I did indeed decide to take a good look at it and remove the heads to see if anything was broken

What I found was that one of the valves was split and part of it was missing

The spring was also NS so I nipped to work and got my orthodontic pliers and wire and made a new spring

I made a new valve from 1mm stainless and set it an after giving the heads a full strip down and inspection clean

New headgaskets made from gasket paper and built up

Up and running and a full power

It just shows how quality engineering doesn't have to be thrown away and can be fixed
