Caps for motor

A chap I know is trying to find out what start & run caps he needs for a compressor motor, as the markings are illegible on the existing caps. Wondered if anyone may be able to make a rough guess/suggestion from the motor data plate? I've attached the photo just incase.

Seems to say MFD 30/200 on the plate to me so 30 and 200

That's right, and it's what you would expect on that size of motor.

I never do owt with motors, so thought it best to check. Cheers chaps. Which'll be the start & which the run?
