Castomag 180 intermittent working

Hi all, I've had this machine for a few years and it is by far the best welder i've ever used but now it's causing me to scratch my head.
I went to use it a few days ago and it cut out after a few minutes, as in no wire or gas. I've had issues with the two relays in the past with bad contacts so i cleaned them but still no wire or gas.
I also tested the Eurotorch and that's not the problem. If i trigger the relay on the pcb by hand, the wire and gas are good but obviously i can't weld like that. so i left it and found this forum and read an old post about the feeder wheel, that's not a problem here.
So today (three days later) i went to see if anything changed and it all works..... for a few minutes and now right back to where i was previously.
Any idea?

While i'm here, does anyone know if there are modern relays i can use to replace what's there? and if so do you have model numbers. Because i wanted to replace them when i first had issues with them but i've never been able to find exact replacements. Thanks

It could be a problem with the switch on the torch.

I thought of that and bypassed it by bridging the two contacts where the torch connects, still didn't work.

Check for dry joints on the relay.

Just finished checking and resoldering for the sake of it and still the same. I think the problem is the board but i don't know where to begin testing it.
