Hello everyone, i`ve already posted this problem in introductions the other day so i`ll try to be breif. I had my 130 stolen a while ago (which is bad enough but i`ve still got a few jobs to finish off on a vwt25 aircooled to diesel conversion) and decided to buy another from ebay. It powered up, the wire feed motor works and the liner/sleeving looks as though it`s been replaced. I had a look at the circuit board and there were signs of blackening around the resistor. I bought a replacement resistor and put it on tonight but it hasn`t made any difference. Underneath the old resistor the circuit board was very black and flakey but the reisitor didn`t actually look that black at all. I don`t know what to do next, what does any of that mean, could anybody give me any advice please.
