cebora 160 problem

problem with my cebora 160 the wire keeps sticking and has uneven feed unless i have the tourch laid out straight

needs new swan neck or lead, is the tip partially blocked??

does it if i take the swan neck of aswell thought it might need a new wire liner but not to sure

Replace the liner. May be steel or nylon depending on what torch is fitted. Steel's best in my opinion and you can usually modify a standard 3m liner for this - cut off the brass fitting, gently grind off any burrs from the leading edge and push it as far as it will go. Make sure you don't cut it too short at the machine end - it should almost touch the rollers.
