Cebora Bravo 155 Mig Welder

Hi All, i have been asked to look at a welder as it is faulty. There is no LED on the circuit board (i assume the Green LED should be on). The fan runs but the rest is dead. I have checked the input to the on board transformer and i have 240 on here. I have checked the output of the transformer and i get about 1.5v AC which i would think is wrong. If i check either leg of the transformer to neutral i get about 12v AC on both legs.
Does anyone have a circuit diagram for this board or any knowledge of this board or where to obtain spare parts for the board.

Looking at the label it should be giving 27V on the secondary, unsolder it and test off the PCB in case a fault "downstream" is pulling the voltage down?.

Looks like burn marks between the solder joints just above and left of the large diode D3 and the capacitor at the bottom left of the board (C5?) looks a bit bloated on top.

I realise that this may bit a bit late but for what it's worth - If by 'No LED' you mean that the LED is missing, try replacing it and testing again. I have had a few Cebora PCBs with two leds (one power, the other thermo overload), that would only work if the leds were in place. Not 100% sure if this applies to all models of Cebora but it's worth a try.

looks like you may be right there mate, there would appear to be sockets for led's to be solderd in on the top and bottom right of the board

To be pedantic, the leds are mounted on the other side of the board (which is why I am not sure they are fitted), so what you see is the solder side, as the leds poke through the panel and the tracks/connectors are inside the machine.

Because of the positioning of the leds, they have a tendency to get broken off if handled badly - Or is that just me?
