Cebora Clone parts?

Hi all,

I am a newbie. I have had this welder for 15 years, used it 10 times and I'm getting serious now to rebuild a 1967 Mustang. Was doing some practice welds and the wire started surging at very regular intervals. Opened the wire feed drive and the plastic pinion gear is missing a tooth, tooth was laying in the bottom of the drive housing. I will attach some pics of the box, the drive motor, and a tensioner I hope will fit, the bent bar tensioner is poor at best. I'm pretty sure it is a relabeled Cebora. I see the name weldequip dropped here often, might he be the man on this?

Sorry I misread what you were trying to do.
Are the motors the same voltage ?

Thanks R Kraft, no idea, I sent same pics to Daytona Mig Friday asking if the unit would work and have not heard back. I even sent same to Cebora Saturday, waiting for reply (probably in Italian) if I get one. Sent tensioner pic to see if anybody knew if it would adapt to my unit. Current adjustment is two notches; hard and harder, adjustment would be nice. I didn't pay much for this unit but can't buy a new one, so I'll fix it up if i can.

If you have a voltmeter it would be good to know how much voltage is on the original one at max speed.
Your manual may have said how much wire it originally put out at max speed.
You could hook 12v to the good drive for 10 seconds,let it feed some wire, and get an idea of how much voltage you need on the new motor.
