Cebora 180 usually has electrical gas solenoid valve to control the gas, so do this to decide whether it's a sticky solenoid or a faulty pcb - Switch machine and gas on, pull trigger so gas flows. Release trigger and if gas is still flowing, turn the set off at the mains plug (not the machine). If gas still flows, it's a sticky solenoid, if gas stops, it's the pcb.
The reason for turning the machine off at the mains is that sometimes turning off at the set gives enough of a jolt to release a sticky valve, so avoid knocking the set whilst testing.
Some types of solenoid valves can be carefully stripped, cleaned and will work for ages but be aware that the removeable part of the valve body is sealed with pipe sealant and can be tough to unscrew without twisting the delicate body tube and ruining the valve. Solenoids are quite cheap but get the right voltage - it's marked on the coil body.
For gas valve in handle types, Wozzaah is spot on.
