Cebora Mig welding machine not working at all.

i have a cebora mig welding machine that am supposed to trouble but do not know where to start from. At first it could power on and even work with less power in all other selections apart from position 1. Right now it powers on but nothing works at all. the display shows dashes.

what could be wrong?

The machine is similar to this but with selector switches 0 -1 and 1 -6
