Cebora migstar 350

Having issues with my Cebora migstar 350s .
It’s been sat for a year or so in my workshop.
When I’ve come to use it again, it powers up but when you pull the trigger the wire comes out but no arc
I’ve changed the contacter but still no joy , all
Fuses are ok . When you press the bar on the contacter you get an arc from the wire. I’m thinking it might be a circuit board. Does anyone know if these are still available and where to get them from . Thanks

Check and see if you get voltage at the contactor - work back from that. Put some pics up

With a separate wirefeed unit ( ? ), maybe the signal from the torch trigger switch starts the motor locally, but does not get passed down to enable the contactor in the power source. Have you tried unplugging, cleaning, and re-connecting the control cable from the wirefeed to the main unit?

Yes separate wirefeed unit. I’ve tried the connections from the feed unit to the main unit and have continuity from top to bottom. It just does not appear to be sending power to the switch the contacter . Which is why I’m thinking it could be the circuit board. ( not sure if they are available for the old girl ) . Thanks

When you replaced the Contactor, what voltage was the operating coil? It could be AC or DC, and 24v, 42v, or mains. Knowing this would help to trace the control signal, and maybe identify a possible failed component on the control board.

To search the list, the data plates on the Wirefeed and the power source should have an "ART" number?
Failing that, we would have to reverse-engineer the control cable wiring, starting with, as Hutcho said, a photo of the circuit board.
