picked up the cebora today​

Think there's a slight problem

I don't think it's running full power when it's on power setting 7

I've tried it on some 1mm steel and it welds that fine but it has to be on power 7 with the wire speed pretty low

I have the tension set on the roller right, I tried some 3mm steel and it didn't take to well to it

It came with a bottle of c02, I'm awaiting my boc bottle surely that wouldn't cause these problems would it?

It's running if a standard 13amp socket which I thought it may blow the fuse on full power but it dosnt which makes me think it's not running true power?

Any ideas?

Start with the basics. Check the work ground clamp and re make connection if in doubt. Then if no better. Flip off the wire feed, to stop it feeding! Get a meter and meter between the ground clamp and the weld tip. Select the lowest setting 1 and with meter on DC pull trigger and note reading. Then work up through power stages until you reach 7, noting reading as you go. Then look on the data plate of machine and see if you readings fall in those on the plate. Post on here to query.

All working now remade the earth connections on the clamp and welds fine now
