got a cheapie one of ebay for twenty quid....cleaned it up and got some bits of steve weldequip to service it plus a gas reg etc....top bloke is steve....bear in mind i work as a painter in a bodyshop and have use of top migs etc i just wanted my own at home...tried it on sheet metal we use to do the welding tests on and at med settings i got a good weld with great penetration and at full power....brilliant penetration but it will burn straight through if not careful.....not bad for a 30 year old mig...will post pics if anyone interested

Sent you the correct Contact Tips & a Gas Shroud FOC
Just when you'll get em through Royal Mail at the moment is another story, but they were sent 1st.Class last night.

Ive got a cebora pocket 130, and I replaced the torch on it once with factory parts at a cost of 140 quid!
So I reckon thats no small part in why yours has got a non standard torch. Next time the liner goes, Im getting rid or botching on something else too...
Do you need a photo of what the overpriced original looks like?

it's about 17 years old but well looked after, no rust on it

it's the one at the left, is it the same as yours?

identical apart from mine having only one switch...i have the model number but not to hand as the mig is in bed lol....think mine is 1970s and is a live wire version```

ye the ceboras are brilliant little machines - this ones about 17yrs old and the only thing i have changed is the torch (after 16 yrs!) and other than that it has never let me down

can all cebora migs be converted to euro torch,,,,,just curious rather than going to do it

I'm not 100% sure Loiner, but as the 130 turbos have a gas valve in the torch rather than a solenoid, I would think if they can be converted then others can too. I don't think it's a particularly difficult job to convert any mig to a euro torch, it's just whether the expense is worth it. There's quite a few threads buried deep in the archives on here covering euro conversions, have a search about and you should find them. If I can find them I'll post the links.

I've just noticed yours has the torch lead coming off the side so I wouldn't think you'd be able to fit a euro connector anywhere on it. Obviously it has to be inline with the wire feed to work.

as you say my feed is from the side so it would not be possible...happy with mine as it is even though its got a live mig wire but hey for 20 quid who can be choosey

This is a very old thread Todla, we haven't seen speeddevil for a while now.
Might be worth sending him a polite PM asking if he still has the manual or get in touch with Cebora yourself and ask them for it as SD did.
