Cebora Pocket Turbo 130 - Bits Missing, Help!

Hello chaps,
Saw a bargain on fleabay and took the chance, looks to me the unit has a few parts missing/has been bodged. I would be grateful if some members would be good enough to help me put right what is wrong. Below are some pics -

think this may be the earth lead for the gun?


general photo's of the inside, looks like a couple of the wires have been tampered with, the welder starts up and it seems to function in all the power setting available.


As you can see a couple of cheap connectors have been used internally.
















Anyway, I would be grateful for any correct pics or tips to getting this welder put right.

just looks like the torch assembly is missing and the outer cover clamp on the wire feed but you could make one of those the cut cable would have gone to the torch

You might want to look up the price of a replacement tourch assembly (fixed type as per a SIP) and see if you still want to fix it up

you can fit other types of torch, I got one complete with liner, gas tube and so on from a local company for 29 quid

No signs of a gas pipe (valve would be in tourch) assuming it's not a gassless only?

Thanks for the information.
I have a spare torch somewhere off a Clarke, may get that repaired I will also look into possibly getting a cheap torch if it just looks to be the assembly. Where could I find instructions to correctly install a new torch? Thank you very much for the help!

Pretty sure it's not a gas-less, I will look into the possible gas regulator issue.

they arnt gasless do a search for boc 130/ 150 turbo they are basically the same machine just a slightly different case

Ahhhh, all starting to make sense now. Couple of quid and I should be able to get it working (hopefully). Not the worst £50 I ever spent, I don't think?

Right, think I am good to go thanks for all the help.
My spare torch doesn't have a gas valve in the trigger so I have decided to buy an external one and mount and wire it in the welder. I will have it all hard wired at first then build myself up to a euro torch conversion after I get a few hours out of the welder.
