Cellulose Paint Recomendations?

Coming to the end of covering my MG shell with epoxy primer and want to keep the momentum up during the good weather...

On the assumption that not all paint is the same quality, can folk here recommend brands / suppliers for the best quality cellulose paint and thinners?

I've used M99 cellulose by HMG Paints and it went on nice and was surprisingly tough. Did my mates transit bonnet and wing and a year later with no polishing or care it still looks great.

M99 is great, but the UB36 Cellulose from HMG is also very good and is quite a bit cheaper.

If you were wanting to blitz the bulk of the job in the cheaper product and then finish with M99 it would really help keep the cost down. That said I know hundreds of customers that have used the UB36 on their cars and are very happy with the High Gloss Finish they achieve.
