I am just setting myself up as a self employed site worker dealing with steel container units and will therefore have to do occasional arc welding on site.I got a quote fron a local insurance broker for public liability insurance which as I am operating as a limited company will cost 1300 a year. Can you get insured at a more reasonable price or will I have to pay up? Grateful for any advice on this one cheers!
