I needed to get the chopsaw down off the bench and make a stand for it. The stand is made up off ankle iron and some box. The roller stand was the problem as the floor is uneven so I needed to be able to adjust the height the original plan was an old scissors Jack but found a couple of old hydraulic jacks while looking for it they work just about but wouldn't hold too much weight the roller is just a piece of 1 in. galvanised pipe with a couple of washers welded into the ends. it works a treat I just have to make up two more for handing the 20 foot length and a nice coat of paint and they should look pretty good
