Chrome Moly

Need some of these making there a a few different sets with different holes configurations in would they be best laser cut as accuracy is a big issue
Can anyone recommend somebody ???
also they are currently made from chrome moly sheet the material measures 1.7mm thick and ive included a picture next to blackberry phone to give indication of size
The material thickness can be a little thicker

do you mean 316 stainless or chromed steel. could get some laser cut for you if you wanted.

No its chrome moly steel thats been nickel plated

Race motorbike frames used to be made out of it.

Just the hole dimensions and spacings critical? how many?

I'm not sure why it's chrome moly for such a small part. The weight saving is close enough to non-existant surely? Which means a simple laser cut from mild steel, thicker material if strength is an issue. Or have I got the wrong end of the stick? Is it a shock mount for a MTB or motorbike?

sorry guys ive not been on for a while ive attached a picture of the machine in question its a trail plate on the front forks ..Yes its the holes that are critical there are a full set of them with different configs for adjustment.Your right it doesnt have to be made of chrome moly mild steel prob 2mm would be ok .
