Clarke 175te turbo what amp on low setting for correct auto helmet

HI all
Be nice, I am new:-)

I have a clarke 175te turbo and for the life of me I can't seem to find the amp of the lowest setting. The reason for trying to find this out is I am looking for an auto darkening helmet as I am starting to grind away an old honda 90. The steel is around 1mm or less so I guess I will be on the lowest setting and a lot of the sites state that the XR915H Parweld only will work at 40amps+ same as the XR914H? Of course I could get a speedglas but boy, they aint cheap and I keep missing them on fleabay. It seems that the parweld gets a good reception from a lot on the forum unless you guys can point me in a different direction?
I will be using 0.6mm wire and co2 (pub) from local motorfactors. I think I have put this in the right forum listing?

I use a parweld XR915H for DC Tig welding, very often way below 40 amps without any problems, as long as the sensitivity is set to max, and the delay to long it should be fine

Yes for what I paid for it (£50ish from ebay) it's very good value for money, nice hard shell, 9 -13 adjustable, and grinding function too, mine is in use every day, no problems with it at all
