My Tiger 8/25 pressure control switch had become erratic and so I took the valve apart and the diaphragm out to remove the years of gooey-gunge....but, the torsion spring in the base of switch mechanism decided to fly off; I recovered it, but cannot for the life of me work out how it refits......
I`ve searched this part of the forum for a post I remember seeing, which showed a switch with the cover off; but, I can`t now seem to find it.
Might I ask, if a kind-soul has a similar compressor switch: could they take off the cover (the one with the 'red' on-off button on top) and take a close up of the switch mechanism internals: in particular, where the spring locates on the metal arms/lugs.
