Clarke Boxer VS Wolf Dakota

Hi

I need a compressor and like the Wolf as it has 2 year guarantee, but with the VAT weekend the Clarke Boxer 150L is only 398£ compared to the Dakota 90L at 300£.

Can you give me some helpful advise please :-)

Although you would have to be crazy to describe Clarke products as quality gear I have had a few items, bench drill, bandsaw etc and they have lasted well and done the job.

You often find the components of this type of equipment come from the same manufacturer and just badged to suit.

Quality wise reckon they’d be about the same. The Clarke industrial ones would be a step up in quality.
