Clarke Compressor -needs a motor

I've been offered a Clarke compressor, which has been unused for a few years, but it looks OK. It's a big tank, the compressor overall dimensions are 1.5m x 0.45 m.

It's been fitted with a much smaller single phase motor, and the original is not supplied.

The numbers from the model and serial number are: SE15CI60 -could be an L or 1 in place of the I. Serial number is 025641.

I could run either domestic or three phase, and am looking at being able to spray & blast.

Any advise on suitable motors...and costs would be greatly recieved.

ring clarke up or machine mart and ask for details. eg how many cfm pump and motor size required . then go from there

Looks like just the ticket.

Apparently, the costs will be around:
motor £149.95, pulley £10.93, belt £6.70. P&P will be £6.75 & the total plus VAT

Any opinions? It would give me a 3hp motor & is rated at 14 cfm displacement which will give about 9cfm free air delivered at 100psi.

Would it be worth seeing if a larger free air CFM is available?
