Hi guys, hope someone can help me.
I did a quick job for someone the other day and as payment they gave me one of these
Clarke PE15C50ND (WIS) Industrial Air Compressor (110v)
I know it works etc but the problem I've got is with the power supply into my shed.
Tried it on a 16amp transformer, but it just tripped
I'm no electrician, but am guessing that I could do with upgrading to a 32 amp supply?
Thing is, I've got the floorboards up at the moment between the c.u and the back of the house, so thought I could just run a cable through, before I get an electrician in to wire everything in?
I'm only home at weekends, so I would like to get everything ready, and put the floors back.
So, my question is, what size cable would I need, would 6mm be all right, I could pick some up from Screwfix or somewhere and just get everything ready for the electrician?
Hope this makes sense, and thanks in advance
Rick
