Clarke leaking around oil filler

Leaking air through filler plug any one got any solutions please?

Doesn't look like a leak more a build up of oil mist attracting dust, the filler is also the crank case breather so a small amount of oil mist will escape over time.

Sorry been offline for a couple of hours. Yes it will charge to 150psi. Constant hiss whilst sat idle. I ran it upto 50 psi and it was discharged after about 2 hours. Thanks for the replies. Took the cover off and air seemed to be coming from main bearing (crank at a guess)?

Looks like the non-return valve (NRV) is leaking, this is the thing that connects the pipe from the pump to the tank.

Empty the tank and screw the back off the NRV, you may find some dirt in there, clean it out, re-assemble and see if it makes a difference.

Ok. Thanks for all the suggestions. The unit has been unused for some time and after a few re charge cycles it seems to have stopped. Maybe a valve not seating? It has a very slight leak from the pressure switch, which I'm going to leave alone unless it gets worse. Cheers

That leak from the pressure switch is probably the NRV too. Check/clean that before doing anything else.
