Component identification

I’ve been asked if I can replace the damaged components on this power supply board from a treadmill.
What are the chances of identifying what the burnt rectangular component is?
I’m not sure the board is actually going to work as there’s some corrosion on a few of the SMD components from when the big cap spewed it’s guts.

Any identifying marks are long-gone.
The problem is, I don't know what caused the failure so it's a total shot in the dark anyway.

I reckon that capacitor is past its best too.

Any part numbers on the board, looks like something bottom left near the fuse? Might also be some on the back, which would mean getting it out of the aluminium frame. Make & model of the treadmill might help as well, I've fixed a few of these things
AC mains is rectified to DC and then smoothed by that big cap, which will have around 325VDC across it. That's gone pop, as they do sometimes and then other bits have destroyed themselves in sympathy!
Edit: Does that say YJ5000 near the fuse?

Top man! I did a google search and found several similar boards, but nothing identical. I shall get him to order one, no point in trying to repair it if a new one is that cheap.
