Just putting my individual questions regards my new compressor into seperate topics to keep things simple...
How much suction should you feel via the air filter cartridge?
My new compressor instructions say to gently place hand over intake vents and that air suction can be 'clearly' heard.
Now, I've done this and can feel very gentle suction...certainly can't hear anything with compressor running. Its gentle suction...not masses of air movement. The intake vents are quite small though so couldnt see them sucking massive volumes of air.
I notice the cylinder head gets fairly warm and quickly. The instructions troubleshooter mentions overly warm cylinder head can be caused by blocked air filter or worse...
So really just trying to confirm if all above is normal.
