compressor good enough to run plasma cutter

are these up to the job of running my eastwood plasma cutter which reqs 3.0cfm at 20-65psi

my friend got one from lidl which looks the same, he says it fills the tank in around 8 seconds due to its large pump.

its alit of of my budjet but not sure if its to much? its only hobby use so need somthing thats not going to be running constanly

I would say so kida, i had a plasma 40 and run with a slightly smaller co pressor and it ran fine. If it builds up that quick you will be fine i reckon
