Compressor Head Cooling

Afternoon folks!

I've picked up an old Clarke SE16CS100. It looks like it's had a hard life with the amount of crap and overspray I've cleaned off it, but it was a brilliant price.

The head gets really really hot on it. So I got looking at it and the fan on the pully doesn't blow any air across the head or the cooling fins on the outlet.

I'm thinking of retro fitting a fan to blow down on it, do you think this would help or is it not really worth it?

if the blades on the pulley dont push enough air across the cylinders you could add a decent fan for cooling . my comps get red hot used for blasting but im 2 lasy to do anything about it
