Compressor help

Hi guys,
I wonder if anyone can help?
My compressor was leaking at the on/off switch - pressure switch . So I took of the non return valve apart and cleaned up the spring and pastel hoping this will solve the problem, however when putting it back together the small compression fitting on the nrv broke when I was tightening it up . Can anyone please tell me what size fitting I need to buy to replace it with .

My guess would be 15mm. How old is the compressor and what size is the tube.

Take the bits down to your local plumbing shop, I guess if the inside of the threads on the compression fitting are less then 1/2 inch then the pipe can't be 15mm?

if you broke the small part at side you can either try drilling it out and replacing it or replace the whole valve again

my advice is replace the old valve to a new one

Do you mean replace the non return valve?
I was thinking of doing that , but every website i looked at i could only find new ones that connected to the big pipe from the compressor at 90 degrees and not straight out the top like the old one, anyone know where i might find one?

Measure my pipe and it's 6mm. So imagine yours will be the same. 6mm compression fittings.

The side fitting and olive look like old Enots to me, you need the tube od and the size of the thread in the larger brass valve (I'd guess 1/8 BSPT but photos can be deceptive).

I measured the od of the pipe and it appears to be 6mm
I only managed to get a 1/4" compression straight coupler today , are they compatible ? if not does anyone know if screwfix or b&q or anywhere else open on a Sunday would have 6mm fittings . Cheers
