personally I would use a heating type manifold....they can be bought bare with 4-6-10 threaded ports....1/2BSP...so easy for air line fittings...ur's are iron and will rust out...
always best to use brass in that system....no rot and no loose bits of rust floating about getting into the tools or spray guns.....
this is off the net but it'll give the idea....
imagine without all the junk....
bought from the plumb merchant bare, singly with just the holes, normally not chromed....
PLUS not expensive....

why do you need more than 3 outlets after the regulator. better having one outlet of the main tank pressure as well then use a filter regulator near the end of your flexible line. no loss of cfm if your line is at tank pressure . one end of the tank i have a filter regulator the other just a ball valve and a c coupling that i can use 3/4 or 15mm bore pipes and drop down to 10mm bore with a pcl and a euro coupling

As above - not much point in having multiple outlets after the regulator. The only time I've done this is when I've put in one of each different types of quick connect coupling for convenience.

Usually you connect the compressor in to a ring main of pipework with T drops at convenient locations and a regulator on the end of each drop.
That way you can connect multiple different tools and adjust the pressure independently.

It isn’t a bad idea to have some distance between the outlet and the regulator to allow moisture to condense.
Also I personally would try and avoid mounting the regulator direct to the compressor anyway, as it vibrates a lot.

I may need to rethink a bit.
I wanted to mount the regulator/seperator on my chassis frame but couldn’t find a mounting bracket, so I could run a flexible to it. I’ll be back.!

I’m struggling to see what’s wrong with what you’ve done to be honest, if it works for you leave it like that the only thing that might be useful as said is a connection before reg to give you full flow from tank.

very rare (so far, never) to use two or more simultaneously
takes about 3 seconds to unplug one tool and plug-in another with quick connectors...

I was thinking the same, the only thing I would add is a support bracket from the manifold down to the frame.
