Compressor pulley

I am in need of a small compressor pulley. (Motor side) Sizes to follow.

But where is the best place to locate one??

Most bearing suppliers stock "taper lock" pulleys, they come in all sizes and are made from cast iron.

buy a blank pulley and bore it to size if u cant get the shaft size you want

Yeah problem is i am chasing my tail....everything going wrong. 1 after another.
Paint reacted on the bumper. Compressor then starts tripping MCB.

Go to get more paint come away 150 notes lighter......on the way home Saaab does not heat up...seems like a thermostat.......they dont sell them.. just complete units at 66 quid.

Took motor off compressor to see if i can get it checked and snapped the pulley getting it off.

Lather still not working as i have not fitted new contactors due to everyone else wanting me to do stuff......lol

Not sure this is taper lock as it has a keyway and large key.

24mm bore and 132mm diameter v groove pulley. Held on with a grub screw in the Boss.

It has SPA 132 stamped in it but does not seem to coincide with Bearing Boys SPA series..lol

There blanks bud. Will need to drill bore and cut key way.

The taper lock are a combination of 2 part pulley giving lots of flexibility.
You choose a boss that matches your motor shaft, and a pulley of the correct size the tapper then pulls and locks the two together.( with matching grub screws.)
