Wondering if someone can help me. I have a 3 phase compressor and picked up a very cheap 5.5hp 230v single phase motor for it. The compressor owes me nothing now as I’ve got good use out of it.
The pulley on the 3 phase motor is bigger than the one on the new motor, should I swap it?
Is the pressure/cut off switch ok to run without changing?
Going to get an Electrican to look everything over, just want to be organised before he calls to do it (very busy mate)
