Yup, it's a Compair Broomwade Handiair, receiver mounted version.

Someone local to me selling it, are they any good and any points to look for if I decide to go and look at it ?

They only have a modest output, the motor is just 1/2 HP. Good for tyre inflation and low consumption air tools, intermittent use. Very well made, as long as there are no faults, the oil is changed regularly and kept upto level, they will go on for a long time.
They are fairly quiet in operation so if it has any knocks or odd sounds walk away.

They run and run and run! I maintain about 20 at work as back up units. The fairly quiet in operation as well but low output

Not to mind but never know if there was a specific part needed!
